Mr. Mitchell joined eThink in 2015 and brings nearly 15 years of experience in higher education to the organization. In his role as Director of Sales he is responsible for business development efforts in the higher education and corporate sectors. Mr. Mitchell holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. 

As a coordinator for a master's program, Hart Wilson began assisting faculty at Southern Oregon University with Blackboard in 1999, eventually becoming the campus trainer, and led the adoption of Moodle by SOU in 2011. She recently led her campus through a formal LMS review project that resulted in a renewed commitment to using Moodle. Hart has a bachelor's degree in French from Oregon State University and a master in management degree at SOU. She teaches project management in addition to her work in SOU's Center for Instructional Support.

Marty Crossland is the Associate VP for Instructional Technology and Online Education, the Chair of Computer Information Systems Department, and a Professor of Computer Information Systems at MidAmerica Nazarene University, coordinating and providing leadership for online and blended learning technologies, pedagogy/andragogy, faculty development, instructional design, and instructional technology. He has many years of professional higher-education academic experience at multiple universities with particular emphasis in course development, teaching, and administration of distance and online academic programs. 

Ted Burke is the Director of the Library at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts. Located only 30 miles from Boston and Providence, RI, Ted serves close to 1,600 students at this suburban New England university as an instructional designer, Moodle end-user administrator, faculty workshop instructor, and more.
