About the Hosts

Mr. Hefley joined eThink Education in 2018. He brings over 10 years of experience using Moodle and has extensive experience with blended and online instructional course design, implementation, and teacher professional development. Prior to coming to eThink he worked as an adjunct professor for SUNY Buffalo's distance learning program teaching courses focusing on the design and development of online instruction and technology integration. He also worked as an instructional technology coordinator in numerous K12 international schools around the world. He holds a BS in Biology from Stetson University and a MS in Interdisciplinary Studies from SUNY Buffalo.

What's New in Moodle 3.7
Ms. Bishop brings over 4 years of Moodle support experience to eThink Education as a Client Care Analyst. Prior to working with Moodle, she was an educator for twenty years teaching Science and English to middle school students. She holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio as well as a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Vanessa Royce has nearly 10 years experience utilizing the Moodle LMS in both traditional educational settings as well as the corporate environment. She has worked behind the scenes in curriculum design, course design, and instruction and currently provides training and support for clients of eThink Education. Ms. Royce holds a B.A. from SUNY - Albany and a M.A. in Educational Leadership from California State University.

Mr.Pratt joined eThink Education in 2019, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the education sector. As both a teacher and education technologist, Chris has a wealth of knowledge working with Moodle as an educator and support specialist. Chris studied Computing at the Open University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
