As VP of sales, Randy is responsible for overseeing strategy and execution for both direct sales and eThink’s channel network. Mr. Jones joined the eThink team in 2014 and he brings over 12 years of education technology experience including 4 years with the New York Times and 4 additional years providing Virtual Course Material platforms. Mr. Jones holds a MBA from University of Baltimore and a BS in eBusiness & Marketing from Towson University.
Ms. Machia joined eThink Education in 2014 with a range of experience in academic settings. She previously worked as an Instructional Technologist and Institutional Researcher at SUNY Potsdam and as a consultant for Cyberlearning, Inc. before joining Metropolitan College of New York as their E-Learning Coordinator and Moodle administrator. Ms. Machia has also taught and designed online and blended courses and serves as a certified course reviewer for the Quality Matters program. She holds a BA in History and Secondary Social Studies Education, a New York State teaching certification, and a MSEd. in Educational Technology.

MoodleMoot UK 2019: Lessons Learned
Mr. Mathews has been a part of the eThink team since 2014, starting as the team’s Implementation Consultant and subsequently moving into his current role as Director. He has more than 7 years of experience with Moodle. In his current role as Director of Implementation Services at eThink, Mr. Mathews’ responsibilities include acting as a lead point of contact for all clients during their Implementation Process. He handles all aspects of the Implementation, from building each client’s custom Implementation Guide, to helping design and build each Theme, to ensuring that all external services are integrated within the eThink Moodle site.
Mr. Hefley joined eThink Education in 2018. He brings over 10 years of experience using Moodle and has extensive experience with blended and online instructional course design, implementation, and teacher professional development. Prior to coming to eThink he worked as an adjunct professor for SUNY Buffalo's distance learning program teaching courses focusing on the design and development of online instruction and technology integration. He also worked as an instructional technology coordinator in numerous K12 international schools around the world. He holds a BS in Biology from Stetson University and a MS in Interdisciplinary Studies from SUNY Buffalo.
