Ms. Machia joined eThink Education in 2014 with a range of experience in academic settings. She previously worked as an Instructional Technologist and Institutional Researcher at SUNY Potsdam and as a consultant for Cyberlearning, Inc. before joining Metropolitan College of New York as their E-Learning Coordinator and Moodle administrator. Ms. Machia has also taught and designed online and blended courses and serves as a certified course reviewer for the Quality Matters program. She holds a BA in History and Secondary Social Studies Education, a New York State teaching certification, and a MSEd. in Educational Technology.

Vanessa Royce has nearly 10 years experience utilizing the Moodle LMS in both traditional educational settings as well as the corporate environment. She has worked behind the scenes in curriculum design, course design, and instruction and currently provides training and support for clients of eThink Education. Ms. Royce holds a B.A. from SUNY - Albany and a M.A. in Educational Leadership from California State University.
