Mr. Jones holds a MBA from University of Baltimore and a BS in eBusiness & Marketing from Towson University.

Utilizing a Next-Gen Learning Ecosystem in the Workplace
Ms. Machia joined eThink Education in 2014 with a range of experience in academic settings. She previously worked as an Instructional Technologist and Institutional Researcher at SUNY Potsdam and as a consultant for Cyberlearning, Inc. before joining Metropolitan College of New York as their E-Learning Coordinator and Moodle administrator. Ms. Machia has also taught and designed online and blended courses and serves as a certified course reviewer for the Quality Matters program. She holds a BA in History and Secondary Social Studies Education, a New York State teaching certification, and a MSEd. in Educational Technology.
