Mr. Mitchell joined eThink in 2015 and brings nearly 15 years of experience in higher education to the organization. In his role as Director of Sales he is responsible for business development efforts in the higher education and corporate sectors. Mr. Mitchell holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
Ms. Vanderpool joined eThink Education as a Client Care Analyst in 2020 and brings over ten years of experience in education and eLearning to her position. Her responsibilities at eThink include support, consultation, and training for eThink’s clients. Prior to joining eThink, Ms. Vanderpool served as an eLearning Support Specialist and an Instructional Technologist at Elon University, following her five-year long tenure as an elementary school teacher. Ms. Vanderpool holds a BA in Elementary Education and Teaching from Madonna University and a M.A. Ed. in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University.
Ms. Patsavos was one of the co-founders of eThink Education in 2008. She brings over 15 years of higher education technology experience to her role, including 6 years at SunGard HE (now Ellucian). In addition to her role as one of the leaders at eThink, Ms. Patsavos manages the Services division including Implementations, Support, and Product Development. Ms. Patsavos holds a MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from The George Washington University.
Prior to joining eThink, Amy spent nearly a decade in the academic world working in both K12 and Higher Education. During her six years in Higher Ed, she focused on leveraging Moodle to create innovative face-to-face, hybrid and online courses. Her success in doing so was instrumental in the schools increased retention rate and successful transition to a fully online model in response to COVID-19. Amy holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and is currently a doctoral student researching equity and bias in predictive learning analytics models.
Mr. Brewster has over 15 years of experience in the educational technology field, as both a teacher and an LMS expert. He served as the Moodle Administrator for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, helping to build the service from a few hundred users to several thousand. He was also the Director of Instructional Technology at Saint Joseph's College in Indiana. He joined eThink in 2018 and has been working closely with both Moodle and Totara clients. Mr. Brewster holds a BA and MA in Political Science from Western Illinois University.
